Breathe

 

We are about to head into the holiday season.  

It is stressful.  It can be stressful good and it can be stressful bad.  

Good stress is actually very good for you.  I will link a really great TED talk on it below.  If you can make the holiday season the good type of stress, do it!!!

If you are struggling and it's just bad stress, breathe!  Take some time away.  Allow your brain to unplug.  Allow your body to relax and release the burden of carrying this stress.  Take a walk.  Be cognizant of what your body needs whether that's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
