My heart yearns to join the Carmelites and as I await God's direction I am seeking to learn what I can about Oblates, Saint Benedict, and the Carmelites.
On this particular book, I would only recommend it if you are thinking about joining the Carmelites in a secular/third order capacity. It mainly covered those aspects of it, that you are joining a community and should be an enhancement to that community.
It gave me food for thought and I look forward to seeking out Carmelite groups and seeing if I would be an enhancement.
