Moving Forward with Intention



Are you finding that you are not making the progress that you are expecting?  Have you gone over everything from the normal list (too many commitments, enough motivation, etc...)?  I would challenge you to consider looking at the past to see if something needs healing.

Consider this:

Healing past relationships in order to move forward.  What relationships might be involved or may have been involved in the current endeavor?  Is there healing that needs to happen?

The healing might even be with yourself.  Have you forgiven yourself for your past failings?

I am looking to build community and realized I wasn't making any traction in part due to a few relationships that needed healing. 

Did I involve those people in the healing?  I could have, but in each case it wasn't needed.  For a few of them I was able to heal them with intention in one meditation session.  For the hardest case, I spent a few weeks on it. 

The weight lifted is amazing and now I have that released energy to put towards my new dream.

  1. This is insanely true, I sometimes feel like my past has strings still tied to me. All the old hurts, bad habits, toxic friendships, and yucks trying to hold me. I’m going to make a point to look deeper into this and try to heal and cut those strings permanently,

    1. I am ready to walk my true path in life. This is an affirmation I am currently working with. My thought is that my true path comes without baggage and attachments.
