If that challenges you, you have some room to grow.  Hallelujah!  If you haven't figured it out yet, we should always be excited when we are presented with growth opportunities.

Right now, my God is Instagram and Amazon.  What's your God?

It's not what you say, but what you do.  Let's be real.  Let's be honest for a moment.  

I am so thankful for the awareness that this is an issue for me and it's incredibly challenging to change this.  I find myself opening a new tab so freaking often, it's crazy.  What's the new tab for?  Instagram.  Amazon.  

I seriously will spend an easy hour window shopping and realize that I wasted my meditation time.  WTH!  Dudes, I get so frustrated with my monkey mind.  I don't slap myself metaphorically, but as soon as I am aware of my actions, I close the tab and get back on track.
