Time & Space in My Day

This is such a difficult subject for me.  I am continually sacrificing my mental health and energy levels for the sake of productivity and it is slowly robbing me of peace, energy, creativity, and the ability to allow life to happen.

Where do we leave space in our day for magic to be born?

As increasing energy is my mission for this year, having time and space around the activities I do in the day is on my list.  I have been working on this for years and will probably always need to work/be mindful of this. 

I struggle with DOing instead of BEing.

So I have pretty much cut out or greatly reduce my use of social media.  There are a lot of great ideas out there if you need help in this arena.  Let me know if you'd like me to write more about this. 

I stopped wearing my Fitbit as it was only a distraction and not adding any true value to my life.  I turned off notifications for everything except text messages.  I recently stopped listening to my subliminals as the potential for value in my life is currently being outweighed by my continuously having audio stimulation.

What else am I going to do?  I want to reduce my use of audio books and podcasts for the same reason as cutting out subliminal audio tracks. 

I want to do less.  This will be achieved by continuous evaluation of busy work vs life's work and balancing it against is the work actually pushing the needle in a way that I need it to for the cost of the action.  Hopefully that makes sense.  Is the sacrifice of time and space worth the work I am doing. 

Give space for your brain to breath to produce the energy you need in your life.  Let's go.  We got this!  Totally TURNT for this life and the energy I show up with!
